is all about this is a great opportunity to come along for a few hours
and find out.

CQ WORLD WIDE SSB CONTEST @ROBERTSON NSW

Spring Contest Season – Operators Required – SSB
If you want to be part of an SSB contest team or learn what it is all about let us know now.
We will be running 3 stations so we need lots of operators. No previous experience is required (help and supervision are available) and just an Amateur licence (any class) and an ability to speak English is all that is needed. It is lots of fun.
Join us on either day or both – including the midnight shift! You can stay overnight in “camp style” accommodation or you can book local tourist facilities. This is a great chance for us to gradually get back together as the virus challenge eases off.
This contest is the CQWW DX SSB contest on October 24-26. This is a 48-hour contest from 11 AM (local) on the Saturday to 11 AM on the Monday. This is the biggest and most prestigious SSB contest of the year so we would like to put in a good showing even though we are a very small item in a major international contest. It is a big challenge but we need lots of help to rise to the occasion.
Please let us know you can help out by contacting Skip at skiphod@ozemail.com.au and help us keep up Waverley’s steadily increasing success profile on the contest scene.
